VoxBuildr is operated by Fyrge Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 696 775 096). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Account information: Name, email address, phone number, trade type, and business details.
Job content: Voice recordings, photos, measurements, drawings, quotes, invoices, and job notes that you create within the App. This content is yours — we process it only to provide the Service.
Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details.
Automatically collected: Device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and usage analytics to improve the App.
We use your information to: provide the App and its features; process voice recordings and photos through AI for job analysis; generate quotes, drawings, and invoices; send notifications and reminders; provide customer support; and improve the App.
We do not use your data for advertising. We never sell your data to third parties.
When you use voice capture or photo analysis features, your content is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing. Anthropic processes data under their privacy policy. We use Anthropic's API which does not use your data for model training. Your content is processed in real-time and is not retained by Anthropic after the response is generated.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (database and file storage) with encryption in transit and at rest. Voice recordings and photos are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement appropriate security measures including authentication, row-level security, and encrypted connections.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or subscription expiry, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data (including voice recordings, photos, and job history) may be permanently deleted.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; export your job data (PDF quotes, invoices); and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your data. To submit a request, email privacy@voxbuildr.com.
Categories of information collected: Identifiers (name, email, phone); professional information (trade type, business details); user-generated content (voice recordings, photos, job data); internet activity (usage analytics).
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah residents: You may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Contact privacy@voxbuildr.com to exercise your rights.
VoxBuildr is designed for professional tradespeople and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
