VoxBuildr is operated by Fyrge Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 696 775 096), an Australian company. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fyrge Lab Pty Ltd, and "App" refers to the VoxBuildr mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using VoxBuildr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
VoxBuildr is a mobile application for tradespeople that provides voice-to-text job capture, AI-powered analysis, technical drawings, quoting, invoicing, and job management tools. The App is available on iOS and Android.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
VoxBuildr offers subscription plans managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). All billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the respective app store in accordance with their terms. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app store.
Free trial periods may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled by the respective store in accordance with their refund policies:
We do not directly process subscription payments and cannot issue refunds for app store purchases. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us at support@voxbuildr.com and we will work to resolve it.
You retain ownership of all content you create using VoxBuildr, including voice recordings, photos, drawings, quotes, and invoices. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending your content to AI for analysis).
VoxBuildr uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyse voice recordings, generate job summaries, create technical drawings, and assist with quoting. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it professionally. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated estimates, measurements, or recommendations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 90 days after your subscription expires, after which it may be permanently deleted.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App; use the App to generate fraudulent quotes or invoices; or share your account credentials with others.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Fyrge Lab Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The App is available internationally. By using the App from outside Australia, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in Australia and other countries where our service providers operate. US residents: see our Privacy Policy for your rights under the CCPA and state consumer privacy laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. For US-based users, nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
