Voice in. The AI engine reads your plans, prices the materials, learns your style. Branded quote sent before you leave the driveway.
Built for the 65% of tradies still quoting on paper, Word, or at the kitchen table after dinner. Quote → invoice → paid. One flat price, every trade — no per-user tax.

You measured the job at 2pm. You're typing it up at 9pm. The client got three other quotes faster. You won the work but lost the night.
Pillar 1 · The AI Engine
Dictate the job, upload the architect's PDF, or both. The engine reads the inputs, lists the materials, and prices them off your own price book. You review, tweak, send. Hours of writing become minutes of checking.
Pillar 2 · It Learns You
Quote five jobs in a trade and VoxBuildr starts using them as style references on the next one — your line items, your wording, your suppliers, your margins. By quote ten you're mostly reviewing, not writing. No template-builder, no setup.
Pillar 3 · End-to-End
Most quoting tools stop at the PDF. VoxBuildr keeps going — turn the accepted quote into a draft invoice with one tap, tick it PAID when the money lands so you always know what's still owed, and track every variation against the original. No double entry into your accounting system.
Three steps from the job site to the client's inbox. Under five minutes for most jobs.
Tap the mic and describe the job in plain language. Walk the site, call out measurements, photograph anything tricky. Or use Quick Estimate for a 60-second ballpark from voice alone — perfect for phone enquiries.
Photos, voice notes, plan uploads, or a LiDAR scan on iPhone Pro. The engine maps everything to a working site sketch — a clean dimensioned floor plan if you LiDAR'd, a rough working drawing if you used voice and photos. The Completeness Checker flags missed items against 30+ trade-specific rules — so the ridge cap doesn't get forgotten.
Bill of materials priced from your custom price list. Markup, labour, GST — all calculated. Branded PDF emailed to your client before you've started the ute. Push to Xero with one tap.
If you're still quoting on paper, in Word, or in a spreadsheet, here's the difference one app makes.
Concreters next. Eight more trades in active beta. Pick yours when you start the trial.
Each trade has its own drawing types, default price list, and Completeness Checker rules. Your trade not deepest yet? Try the trial — most tradies are surprised by what works on day one.
Different Job · Different Tool
The popular tradie apps you already know are admin tools — scheduling, dispatch, job cards, invoicing. They have quoting bolted on, but you still type every line item by hand.
Admin & dispatch apps
Built to schedule jobs and dispatch crews. Quoting is a form you fill in — line by line, by hand. Per-user pricing means costs scale with your team. Strong on dispatch. Weak on the quote itself.
AI quoting engine
Built around the quote. Voice + plan in, priced bill of materials out. Learns your style with every job. Carries it through to a sent invoice and a paid mark. Flat rate — no per-user tax, every trade included.
Different job. Use them together if you want full admin plus AI quoting. Use VoxBuildr alone if quoting is what's killing your evenings.
Per-user billing punishes you for hiring. A 5-person crew on most quoting apps pays $235+ per month. A 5-person crew on VoxBuildr Business pays $99.99 — full stop.
Your team should be your team. Not a line item.
Most quoting apps charge $47+ per user per month. VoxBuildr Business is $99.99 flat — unlimited seats.

Two ways. First — most charge per user. We charge flat. A 5-person crew on a popular per-user app pays $235/month. On VoxBuildr Business it's $99.99. Second — most don't draw, they don't quote from voice, and they don't auto-price the materials. We do all three from a 60-second voice description on the site.
Two paths. LiDAR (iPhone Pro) gives you a clean dimensioned floor plan — that's the gold standard. Voice and photos give you a working site sketch — useful for verification but not architect-grade. Either way, every drawing is editable before it goes out, and your quote accuracy isn't tied to drawing precision — it's tied to the materials list, which the Completeness Checker double-checks against 30+ trade-specific rules.
You're always the final approver. The Completeness Checker flags missed items first — but no quote sends without your tap. Most tradies tell us the AI catches things they would have forgotten more often than it misses things they would have remembered. Edit, add, or remove any line item before sending.
Roofing and painting are live with our first beta tradies; concreting comes online next. Eight more — fencing, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, solar, carpentry, electrical, plastering — are in active beta with full drawing + BOM support. If your trade isn't listed, pick "Other" — the voice + Completeness Checker still works for any custom job description.
No. VoxBuildr runs on any iPhone or Android phone. LiDAR room scanning needs an iPhone Pro (12 Pro and newer), but it's optional — most tradies don't use it. The voice-to-quote workflow works on every phone.
If you don't subscribe, your account stays read-only — your jobs and price lists are still there if you come back. We don't delete anything. You don't need a card to start the trial, and we don't auto-charge — you decide whether to subscribe at the end.
Yes — Pro includes 3 team seats, Business includes unlimited. Your installers can capture jobs on site, head office can quote and send. Shared price lists, team-wide job history, role-based access (owner / quoter / installer).
Quotes yes. Invoicing — the accepted quote becomes a draft invoice in VoxBuildr, then one tap pushes it to Xero (Pro and Business). VoxBuildr pulls your Xero contacts and items, so customer names and line items autocomplete. Mark it paid in-app, or pull paid status from Xero if you've reconciled there. No double entry either way. QuickBooks integration is on the roadmap.
